A guided medical questionnaire captures key symptoms, pain zones, and activity levels. Combined with 3D foot models—obtained with just any standard smartphone—you receive production-grade data and full clinical context in one seamless process.

What You Will Get
Precise 3D Foot Model
We first provide an accurate 3D model of the patient’s feet, available in STL and OBJ file formats. The precision of these models rivals that of high-end stationary scanners and has been scientifically validated.
Orthopaedic Metrics
We also provide detailed orthopaedic measurements, typically including 12 individual metrics such as AA (Arch Area), BA (Ball Angle), BG (Ball Girth), and BH (Ball Height) in CSV format and with illustrated explanations.
1:1 Foot Projection
Lastly, we provide a true-to-scale 1:1 image of the patient’s foot soles, available in PDF format for DIN ISO A3 printing. This image accurately represents the foot’s outline as projected onto the plantar plane.

Patients scan their feet via the ScanSoles Data app, generating a 3D foot model and collecting orthopaedic anamnesis data. AI-driven matching recommends the best-fitting pre-configured insole based on key orthopaedic metrics.
Local Finalisation & Customisation
If needed, correction wedges can be applied based on the anamnesis for an even more individualised fit before providing the insole to the patient. Each patient’s custom scan comes with a clear supply configuration instruction, allowing you to prepare the insoles in just minutes.

Our insoles feature a high-end interlining cover that’s breathable, moisture-absorbing, heat-regulating, and resistant to tears, sweat, odours, and microbes. They’re hypoallergenic and built for long-lasting comfort.
Produced using a CO₂-free, Chrome VI–free process, our insoles are made from 100% microfiber and tested according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. Made to order for minimal waste and maximum sustainability.
